Onewheels can ship to most of the world, there are a few additional things to know prior to shipping, so please be informed prior to shipping an order internationally.
Dangerous Goods: Our boards are considered Dangerous Goods per its battery size. For this reason, some countries do not permit our board to be shipped in the country due to regulations on the battery. Please check here for more on your country's shipping details.
Importing the board: Taxes/duties are not included in the price of the board and we do not have access to the cost per country. Once shipped, the package will stop at customs and a customs broker there will contact the person indicated on the shipping label via phone or email to pay and release the package delivery.
Shipping Costs and Time: International shipping is not free and can cost around $150. You can verify shipping cost prior to checking out on our site to get the full price. Shipping out time can vary from our facility. Shipping/Delivery time can take an average of 10 business days and be if customs takes longer, that time will increase.
Also, it is good to know that currently, our only repair facility is located in California and it is the only facility. All in-warranty repairs come in free of cost to all customers, domestic and international. You can find more information about the owner’s manual, including our warranty policy.
