When the item is returned, a restocking fee is applied after the product is evaluated and deemed suitable to return. If the item arrives and it is deemed not eligible for return in accordance with our return policy, we will return the item to you for an additional shipping cost.
The restocking fee is 15% of the product cost for accessories, and a $30 flat fee per Onewheel Pint and $50 flat fee for Onewheel+ XR.
Please note that if the item being returned is part of a bundle, the order would be updated to the next applicable bundle that the order qualifies for, if any. Returning an item from a bundle breaks the discounted bundle pricing, thus, any difference in the savings between the bundles will not be returned.
