We cannot change colors or items once an order is placed.
If you want to remove a specific item from your order prior to it shipping, you can contact us by phone by calling (800) 283-7943 between 10 am and 4 pm pacific time, or contact us by submitting a ticket here. If caught before your order ships we can then remove and refund the item and have you place a new order for the preferred color/item.
If the item has already shipped we recommend you wait until it arrives and check to see if you actually like the item or color before removing it from its original packaging. If you still do not like it, you can contact us to begin the return process by submitting a ticket here.
